How do you grade condition?

We use a 3-tier system: Like-New (minimal wear), Great (light signs of use), Good (visible wear, fully functional). Each listing includes close-ups of uppers, midsoles, and soles.

Are the shoes authentic?

Yes. We reject fakes. Brand details and serial cues are checked before a pair goes live.

What if they don’t fit?

You have 48 hours after delivery to report sizing/condition issues. We’ll help with returns or exchanges when eligible.
